Guitar Hero Reese

We spent the rest of Easter evening playing guitar hero, even Reese had to play. Uncle Luke would be proud of his little neice. Here is a short little video of Reese playing, or atleast attempting it.

Easter Afternoon Egg Hunt

Our freinds the "Son's", our adopted family here invited us over to spend the day for Easter, we wouldn't think of turning them down. We had a wonderful dinner and Paige took a nap and then spent the afternoon searching for eggs. I think Kristi had almost 100 eggs for the girls to find and they had an absolute blast. We had a great Easter. Thank you guys, we love you all.

Getting Ready for Church

The last two pictures are of the girls talking to Craig's Mom, "Granny" in Seattle, WA. Too Cute.

Easter Bunny Morning

The girls got some really nice little goodies from the Easter Bunny this year. Reese got her first real bible.

Color Easter Eggs BBQ Saturday Night

So on the spur of the moment Saturday afternoon Craig decides he wants to have a leaf burning party/bbq, which turned into a coloring eggs party/bbq and s'mores night. Our two "neighborhood families" joined us. So Reese and Paige had three teenagers and three extra adult women helping them with their eggs. It really was the best time we have had coloring eggs. THANK YOU to the "Son's" and the "Brazell" crew for making such wonderful memories this year.

Its Time To Celebrate!

HAPPPY BIRTHDAY DENISE!!!
So I am now 31 years old. I seriously think its just another number now. LOL. I had a wonderful weekend. Saturday, Craig and I were able to go on a date. We really didn't do anything crazy, I really wanted to go to this antique store that is up the road from our house, so we did that, did some shopping and then went for a drive out in the country to look at a few decorated model homes. Thank you Ashleigh P. for watching the girls. They really adore you. Then we had a bbq at the house with a few friends. I spent my actual birthday teaching Reese's Sunday school class then going to worship service. For lunch Craig, the girls and I joined three of our closest friends and family here in VA for a birthday lunch at Macaroni Grill. I had a great time and really am so thankful to have such wonderful friends. Then I went shopping and daydreaming, LOL, with the my girlfriends and home for a restful evening with just the family. Thank you for all your birthday calls and cards, honestly it was the most I think I have received since I turned 18. I love and miss you all.

March 12th, Naptime Beauties

Had to share these pictures of the two little Wiggins Girls getting ready for nap.

Reese's First Day of School March 4th

Reese started the three year old preschool class at our church Mt Ararat Baptist Church. She is going Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9:15-1:15. So far she absolutely loves it. Here are some pictures of her getting ready for her first day.

Reese's turn

Ok, so Thursday afternoon, March 6th, Reese woke up from nap and seemed very warm to me but I hoped that it was just that she slept in two layers of shirts, jeans and socks. She is normally just a t-shirt kind of sleeper. Craig had invited a few of his Marine buddies over for a nice home cooked meal so I let Reese just chill on the couch, as Craig's friends arrived she just seemed to become more unsocial which I just hoped was the little girl in her being shy, but about an hour after everyone got here and was eating she threw up all over herself and side of the couch. Poor thing was so embarrassed. No body really noticed because they were all in the dining room. I got her all cleaned up and settled in our bed with a bunch of towels, and with in 30 mins she wanted to run around and play, so we stayed back in the back of the house. Everyone went home, and we went to bed, praying that this was just a one time deal, it was, but we didn't get off completely. At around 10 she woke up with a fever of 102 so I gave her some Tylenol then at 2 she woke up and her fever had spiked to 104.1 at this point I was a bit worried to say the least. I gave her some ibuprofen and waited a bit... at 3:30 her temp was still at 102.4 so Craig and I decided I better take her to the ER. So about 4 hours later we were home with antibiotics in hand to treat her ear infection and upper respiratory infection. To me Reese has always gotten sick QUICK. Just BAM. So here are a few pictures of Miss Reese enjoying her cartoons and popsicle (7am) after we were told we would be going home soon. YAY.
