Busch Gardens...

So we decided last minute to take advantage of the Military Appreciation Deal with Busch Gardens and we took a trip down to Williamsburg with the Robinson Family on Friday... We had a great time. We met up at Cracker Barrel in FBurg at breakfast and hit the road. We were really worried that the weather would be awful, the last two days had been wet and the forecast for Friday was for more rain. As we drove south there didn't seem to be a break, so the girls were dressed in capris that roll down into pants and t shirts, I packed a shorts outfit and even packed hoodies just in case. RIGHT when we pulled into our parking spot the clouds broke and in came the humidity.... YUCK, so we changed the girls and headed in for some fun. Reese was measured at 42 inches so she got a purple band and a sheet of paper that said what rides she could ride alone and rides she could ride with an adult. She was so excited. The first ride we went on was Corkscrew Hill a 4D ride in Ireland.. Katrina, Reese and I went for adventure as little people... Reese wasn't bothered by the ride itself, it was the whole 4D thing, big horse snorting on her (as air blew on her). At one point Katrina offered her arm if she needed it, thinking that she would just snuggle with me if needed, was she ever wrong, at one point I looked down and Reese was seriously holding on to Katrina. Overall she had a great time. They rode a horse ride, swings, airplanes, a carousel, River Rhine - boat ride, got wet from the Griffon ate great food in Germany, fed the lorikeets, walked and walked some more, rode Escape from Pompeii (Reese didn't like the fire and her face as we came over the hill and slide down the water shoot was priceless), the girls got their face painted, ate tons of snacks and walked some more, about 5:30 we were done, so we headed out stopped at Sonic and made it home by 8:30 with out any naps... CRAZY. They were still in good moods too, even crazier. Ok so here are some pictures. Hope you enjoy... We love and miss you all.
